Being one of the main antagonists, he is the one who scares children, but is also the one who is tasked with helping the protagonist of the film, Sulley, get through his day.
The Big Bad of the film, the main antagonist of the film, is a monstrous human-like being named Randall, voiced by Billy Crystal. The Big Bad tries to scare children by using his hands to scare them out of their rooms, but Sulley manages to scare him back into the closet with ease. After Randall was scared, he is seen in his closet when he tells Mark to make him bigger. He tells Mark to make him bigger when he was about to do something bigger than him, but Randall didn't know what he was doing.
