Korekiyo's sister personality type is ENTJ, and she's described as a "stubborn and determined woman, who is not afraid to speak her mind and take risks with her life." I don't think we need to worry about her carrying out "risks" in the way of killing her sister... but we do need to worry about her carrying out "risks" in terms of her life and well-being. It seems that Korekiyo wants to kill her sister as a way to restore the social order that she feels was destroyed by the nuclear bombs (and as a way to punish those who refused to see the error of their ways and suffer for it). Her sister personality type wants to avoid such a result, and she feels that it is her duty to stop her.
I don't think I've read anything anywhere about whether or not this is a "good" way to go about it, but I do think it's a really interesting and thought-provoking take on the whole situation. If you want to read an entire novel about the siblings, this would be a great choice.
