The Extravert but introverted side of me comes out when it's time to work. I can easily get lost in my work when I'm absorbed in something, whether it's writing code or editing a document. When I'm coding, I can focus intensely on a problem for an hour or two and feel like I've gotten a lot done. When I'm editing something, I can bounce around from one word to another and feel like I've made progress.
I get a lot of joy from being productive. It makes me feel like I'm doing something important and that I'm making a difference. I'm always trying to improve and make my writing better, and my editing is very improved since I started reading more of my writing aloud and asking friends to read it too.
After working on an issue for a while, I usually get bored with it and need to move on to something else. When that happens, I have to force myself to keep working on the problem until I get bored again and then move on to something else.
