ENTJ people are not motivated by values but rather by their need to be needed. They are often described as being like a "big shot," and they enjoy being treated as the "big man on campus." ENTJs are usually more interested in power and money than in ideals.
ENTJs like to be in charge and they also like to be in control. They want to be in charge of their own life, and they want to control what happens to them. They are driven by their strong sense of responsibility; they feel that they must take control of their own life or nobody else will do it for them.
