Menkins said he's been in the NFL long enough to know his strengths lie in being a good teammate, being a leader and being a guy people can count on.
"You have to have your team members' back, and you have to really respect your teammates," Menkins said. "And I think that's kind of what I like about the game of football -- is having my teammates' back."
