Derek Boyd personality type is ENTJ, which means he’s an Extravert, Thinking, and Judging type (and a little bit of Perceiving). ENTJ personality types are known for being the most ambitious and the most self-assured of the 16 Myers-Briggs types. They are also known for being extremely organized, logical, and goal-oriented. ENTJ personalities tend to use logic and their ability to think thoughtfully to make well-reasoned decisions, but ENTJs can be a bit too logical for their own good. For example, ENTJs are often very hard on themselves and others when they don’t meet their own expectations. ENTJs also have a tendency to be “the boss” of the group, with their ability to organize work projects and keep everything running smoothly giving them a strong sense of self-importance.
