This is why she is so intelligent, because she doesn't just think logically and analytically like most people, but she thinks in a conceptual way. She is good at drawing out the big picture of things, which is why she is a good artist. She does this with everything she does - she doesn't just do it for fun or for school. In my view, an ENTJ or ENTP can be a good artist or musician because they are good at conceptualizing their work. They may not be good at drawing or playing the piano, but they are good at conceptualizing those activities. They can see the big picture and make the concepts behind what they do come to life in their minds. Dreams and ideas come to life in their minds through their right-brain functions.
