Luis Aragonés personality type is ESTJ, but I would guess ISTJ.
What I don't understand is that you say that Aragonés is a "card carrying" ESTJ, but then you also say he's ISTJ?
My reasoning is that in the interviews I've read, Aragonés has been described as "rough and tough", and "stoic". He was described as a man who knows what he wants, but doesn't care to explain it or defend it. He's also been described as someone who doesn't ask for much, but will go to great lengths to get it.
He doesn't seem like an "ENFJ" to me at all. At least not in these interviews. He seems like an older ESTJ.
So basically, what you're saying is that Aragonés is ESTJ, but ISTJ?
I don't think a lot of people realize this, but Aragonés is the youngest player to be inducted into The Hall of Fame, at 39 years old. The majority of Hall of Famers are at least in their 30's, and some are even in their 40's.
