Jasper personality type is ESTJ, which fits perfectly with the types of characters she was able to pick out in the book, and what I'm assuming she's doing.
I'm going to make a few notes on the personality types listed in the book. If you're familiar with the Myers-Briggs personality test, then you probably know what an ESTJ is. I'll give you a quick rundown if you don't. ESTJ is the second most common personality type, coming in at a distant second to INTJ. ESTJs are known for their seriousness, their calm demeanor, and their ability to get things done. They're known for being "tough as nails," which is why they're so popular with police officers, military personnel, and other tough people.
The next personality type is ENTJ. ENTJs are all about action. They love to move forward, and their life is about doing what they want and not what they should. They're known for being an excellent leader, someone who has a lot of energy, and they're also very decisive in making decisions. ENTJs are also good at making money, and they're extremely skilled at making money for themselves.
