Jesse Walker personality type is ISTJ, I am a very logical, practical, and orderly person. I am also very direct and speak my mind. I have very little tolerance for what I perceive to be craziness. I have a very definite order to things and I do not like being told what to do. I like to know what the plan is before we get started. It is very important to me that things are done a certain way, and when they are not, I get irritated very quickly. When I was younger, my family was in constant turmoil because of my very strong opinions and my need to keep things very orderly.
I am an astute observer of people and their behavior. I feel it is my job to always know what is going on, and to never let anyone fool me. My upmost priority is that everyone in my group is treated equally and fairly. I dislike being lied to or treated unfairly. I am very direct, and it is generally best to tell me outright if you want something done or want to avoid a conflict with me. I will not hesitate to use my own strength in order to be heard when I don’t think I am being treated fairly. I am extremely loyal to the people who are important to me.
