Solon personality type is INTP, but I’d rather be INFP or INTP than INTP, so I’m obviously not a fan of the type.
The unsung hero of the episode is Tony, whose little interjections and devilish grin were a delight. We had the characters we expected: the nice ones, the cruel ones, and the non-characters that didn’t last long. The show did a great job of introducing us to characters and setting up conflicts. But, like most shows of this type, there was no real plot to keep us watching. It was more like a soap opera, with a series of conflicts, some of which were resolved and some of which weren’t. However, the show did end satisfactorily with some very strong romantic tension between Tony and his girlfriend, and some interesting character development for Tony.
If you want a good show about bad people and their bad behavior, try Dexter. Or, if you don’t mind a little bit of gore and violence (and I don’t), try True Blood. If you prefer to have your characters do things you can understand, watch Law & Order or NCIS.
