What is the personality type of Jonathan Vilma? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Jonathan Vilma from Football American and what is the personality traits.
Jonathan Vilma personality type is ESTJ, which means he is a "Theoretical" and "Systematizing" type who is "Determined" and "Concrete" in his thinking.
Which is, of course, a terrible thing and has caused him and his team to make some unfortunate decisions. There's no doubt in my mind that Vilma is a good man and one of the most likable players in the entire NFL, but he seems to be completely blind to the mistakes he keeps making under the misguided belief that he's doing it for the right reasons.
Here's what I wrote about Vilma in my book:
Vilma has a lot of good qualities, but he is the type of leader who sees only what he wants to see, not what is really going on. When he sees a mistake being made, he does not see it as a mistake, but rather as a situation that requires a level of fortitude and courage he simply doesn't have. He is the kind of person who will have you believe that his faults are virtues.
Basically, Vilma is a very good man who would do anything for his team.
