Chris Redfield personality type is ESTJ, and I can honestly say I do not know that I have ever met an ESTJ. I have met plenty of ESTP’s and ESTJ’s, but none of them have been the super domineering type that I am describing here.
I am talking about the ESTJ who is so domineering that they are almost like a dictator. They have a very strong will and they are able to make decisions as a leader. They still think in the ESTJ way but they can also do things like take initiative and try to lead.
The ESTJ personality type is a leader. They are leaders at work because they know that they have the leadership skills to take charge of the situation and get the job done. They know that they have more experience and they can give the right directions to get things done.
As far as personal relationships go, they are good with people and they would be good to have around as a person. They are very friendly and outgoing. They would be good with people because they are friendly and open minded. They are also good at listening and understanding what people are saying to them.
