Sebastian personality type is ENTJ, the "Mastermind." The ENTJ is a person of organizing ability, with a desire to lead and direct. The ENTJ is concerned with how things should be done, and is often found running the show. They take a special interest in the organization of people, projects, and information. They can be extremely detail-oriented, and are very organized in their own work. The ENTJ takes great pride in the quality of their work, and will work very hard to finish what they have started. ENTJs are extremely ambitious, intelligent, and visionary. They are willing to take risks to achieve success, and they have a great deal of drive and determination. ENTJs are often quite competitive, and are very decisive in their objectives. ENTJs are often looked upon as being perfectionists, however they may see themselves as being productive rather than perfectionists. When it comes time to make decisions, they will often go with their gut feelings or what they "know" will be the best course of action. They are extremely thorough in their research, and will often complete multiple studies before making a decision. ENTJs are often quite persuasive, since they know how to motivate others to take the necessary steps to achieve their goals.
