Fricka personality type is ESTJ, or the Artisan Functioning style. ESTJ is the last of the 16 types, and has been described as the "executive" or "organizational" type. ESTP is the first type in the Myers-Briggs system, and is known as the "doer", "action-oriented", or "assertive" type.
I'm not a fan of the terms "executive" or "organizational". It's not clear to me how the Myers-Briggs system describes a person's personality by their role. It's better to think of personality as a spectrum than a hierarchy. (I'll write more about this in another post.)
The ESTP and ESTJ are both very action-oriented types. In fact, they're both so action-oriented that they're not only in different orders of the Myers-Briggs system, but also in different orders of the Big Five personality system (Extraversion/Introversion, Sensation/Sensation, Thinking/Feeling, Judging/Perceiving).
And yet, those two types have some very different personalities.
