How to Make a Villain?
There are two ways you can go about making a villain. You can go for shock value, or you can go for complexity.
I tend to go for shock value.
I don’t have the patience to make a villain complex.
As an INTJ, I tend to make villains that are shocking, shocking, shocking. The more shocking, the better. But I do feel the need to explain why.
I feel the need to explain my villains in order to make them more sympathetic. I feel the need to explain them because I enjoy them more that way.
But I also know that my villains are not always strongly written. They are not always well-written.
