High Evolutionary personality type is INTJ, though that's a bit of a stretch. He's just a jerk. He's a jerk because he likes being a jerk. He's a jerk because he hates people who judge him a jerk. He's a jerk because he wants everyone to see him as a genius, even though he's really not. He's a jerk because he's interested in other people's personal lives, and he'll go out of his way to get to know them better. He's a jerk because he doesn't want anyone to talk about how much money he makes for the company, and he'll go after people who try to do that. He's a jerk because he's a hypocrite, and because he thinks he's a good person. He's a jerk because he knows the extent of his shortcomings and doesn't care. He's a jerk because he isn't happy unless everyone else is too, and he'll work hard at making others miserable too. He's a jerk because he tries to impress people with his brilliance, but nothing he does ever seems to work. He's a jerk because he wants to win at everything.
