Noroiko personality type is ENTJ, or "the Enterprise J" (the letter J has a number of definitions associated with it in psychology, but the official one is "the job"). It's a rare type, one in which extroversion is coupled with intuition, sensing and judgement, the three most important qualities of a leader. It's also a type that's usually associated with men, but I count myself as a woman.
I'm a big fan of Myers-Briggs personality typing, which makes sense because I'm a big fan of personality type theory. Myers-Briggs is an understanding of our preferences and how they manifest in our behaviour. It's meant to be a tool for understanding ourselves and each other; a way to be more effective and efficient in our interactions, while making us happier and more productive. It's more than just a standard tool of career profiling, it's something that has helped me to better understand myself and my motivations and how they relate to my adaptability, my decision-making and my goals.
What I've learned from Myers-Briggs is that I have a strong preference for using logic and science as a way of understanding the world and learning about it.
