History
Tokitsune was born in 1305 as the son of a powerful samurai who ruled a small domain in the mountains of northern Honshu. His father died when he was eight years old, and Tokitsune took over the domain. He quickly became one of the most powerful samurai in Japan. However, at 15, he was attacked by a giant bird and bit off one of its wings with his teeth. He survived the attack, but lost his right eye, which replaced with an eyepatch. Tokitsune became the ruler of his domain and began to use his new-found powers to protect his territory from other samurai and bandits.
