Shizuka Tsuruki personality type is ISTJ, while Hatsumi's is ISTP. If you mean ISTJ, that would be Shizuka, I suppose, since she's the daughter of the boss of the Kikyo Clan and all. She's also the only female member of the clan that's shown in the series, so I think it's safe to say she's a girl. (Of course, it's still possible Shizuka is actually ISTP and Hatsumi is ISTJ.)
The other four are definitely ISTJ, since we've seen them talking about their father and their "divisions" of the clan in the past. They certainly don't talk about anything else, so there's no doubt about that.

Oh, and Hidan is an ISTJ. He's shown as such in several episodes.

I'm pretty sure we've seen him talking about his family at some point, though it may have been more than once. But he certainly isn't an INTP.
