The author says that type four is “an artist”, but the Enneagram only covers the empty circles in the diagram below. There are no circles to represent type four.
The author has simply combined type three (the artist) with type one (the creator).
He has also combined type two (the mediator) with type three (the artist).
Type two (the mediator) is not considered in the Enneagram system because it does not fall under one of the three basic personality types. It is in between types one and three in the diagram.
