Takumi Katsuragi (北斗 彩未, Katsuragi Takumi?) is a second year student at Kuoh Academy who is the vice president of the Student Council. He has a very jovial personality and has a crush on his fellow vice president, Suzuka Gojou. He has a habit of calling everyone "kisama" (キサマ, "Lord/Master") and "aijuu" (愛息?) (lit. "love breath") when he is flustered or excited. He is also known for his tendency to inadvertently insult other people in his speeches.
