Martin Urza personality type is INTP, and I am a highly developed INTP. Because of this, my ENTJ preferences were always either "too much" or "not enough." In other words, I always felt that I had to be a little more developed as an ENTJ, since that's what the INTJ and ENTJ personalities are supposed to be.
Now, I'm not saying that INTJs don't need to develop – we do – but we need to do it in our own way. We cannot expect the ENTJ personality type to do it for us.
