Big Luca (Luca De Stefani) personality type is ENTJ, ENTP, ESTP, ESTJ. I'm not saying this because I'm a psychologist, although I am. I'm saying this because I have a Ph.D. in Engineering, and I have a Ph.D. in Psychology. And I've had to do a lot of homework on my own time, to make this decision.
I don't agree with the conclusions about the other two types. To me, they are all wrong to some degree. But I do agree with his description of ENTJ.
He says that ENTJs are very structured individuals, who are very realistic about what they want, and what is possible. He says that ENTJs are very good at taking things apart and figuring out how they work, and then fixing things.
I think he's right about that, but not about everything.
