Horde Prime personality type is ENTJ, but that does not mean that there are no non-hierarchical, non-dominant personalities. And when hierarchies are no longer an issue, these non-dominant and non-dominant personalities can work together and do quite well.
However, this is just how I see it and my perspective is biased by the fact that I was a Tier 2 “member of the family” for most of my life and Tier 1 for most of my adult life. If you were a Tier 2 member of the family you had to be very strict and hierarchical and had to deal with all of the family business, which is why I was so loyal to the family. Tier 1 members had more freedom and were able to become more of a “go with the flow” person and enjoy life and take more time to do things on their own and without the worry of doing things properly and in the right order.
The hierarchy is not inherently bad, but it is a way of setting limits and must be done properly. It is a necessary evil.
