Tsuzuki Shifune personality type is ESTJ, or, as I prefer to call him, Mr. Perfect.
Now, ESTJ is the only one of the four types that has a clear and distinct male counterpart: ENTP.
ENTPs, as they were mentioned in the intro, are a bit more extroverted than most people give them credit for. They follow less of a friendly/supportive path with their work-life balance, and they have a tendency to have a bit more of a “take no prisoners” attitude when it comes to business. They’re less likely to be as supportive as their INTJ counterparts, and they have a more difficult time being as supportive as INTPs. They’re more likely to be seen as aloof and distant, which can lead to a lot of misunderstanding and resentment from their peers.
And since I’m a writer, I suppose I should mention that this is a bit of a problem for me. My introverted nature makes it difficult for me to be seen as aloof – I’m not aloof – but I can be very distant and reserved with people I don’t know well.
