I totally agree with you about Kanato. Tooru would be the type of person who often faces problems by himself and often takes the initiative to make things right. He's also really good at getting other people to do what he wants them to do. So he would be more like an ENFJ.
But even if it's an ENTJ, I think Masaki is more like an ENFP. I think he'd be more like Furuya, who's not exactly the most responsible guy ever, but tries to get others to do things for him while he himself does things on his own.
I think that's why Kanato is the way he is. I mean, he doesn't really try to do things himself, but still goes out of his way to help others.
