Orga is a very smart kid who is capable of using his brain to solve problems. He's shown to be able to think things through before acting, as seen when he first encountered the Quinx team. He has shown to be kind, as seen when he helped Touka realize her feelings for Momo.
He has a strong sense of justice and patriotism, as he is willing to risk his life for his country's good. He has also shown to have a soft spot for his friends and family, as he fought alongside Momo and Touka without question after the former asked him to, telling them that he'd do anything for them.
