Darkness (ダークネス), or Nightsroud in the English version, is the God of the Dark World in Yu Gi Oh Gx. He has the ability to possess humans and is responsible for the abandoned dormitory incident.
Darkness appears as a minor antagonist in season 1, he controls Isidore Rhodes with a mask and is one of the 7 Riders of the Shadow. He confronted Jaden Yuki to retrieve his Key of Spirits but lost the duel and the darkness contained in his mask was then locked in a map, freeing Isidore from his hold.
