Noah personality type is ESTJ, but I've also heard it said that he's ENTJ. The ENTJ personality type is defined by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as:
Dominant and decisive, ESTJs are assertive, dependable, and resolute. They are idealists and they seek concrete goals as well as a well-defined plan of action. They see progress as the result of firm decisions and action. When they work together, they know how to motivate others and keep them on task.
This is pretty accurate, but I'm not sure that it's the whole explanation. There's also this:
ESTJs tend to be planners with a strong attention to detail. They are decisive in their actions and have the ability to take over projects or situations where they will have a decisive impact. ESTJs are responsible and have a strong work ethic. They are generally known for their work ethic, leadership qualities, and their ability to get things done.
So it seems like the thing that makes Noah an ESTJ is his ability to take charge and make decisions, but I also think that his ENTJ side might be just as important.
