Pierre personality type is ESTJ, the “Protector”. They have a competitive, driven, action-oriented side to them, but they’re also cautious, cautious about moving too quickly. They’re a dying breed, I think, because a lot of them want to be the “protector”, and so they don’t want to move forward. But there’s a bigger picture here. I’ve spoken to a lot of people who are about my age who feel that they’re at a crossroads in their lives. They either want to take advantage of this time to do something big, or they feel that they’re not going anywhere.
In the book, I explore how the ESTJ can become a light in the world. I don’t believe that the ESTJ is a bad person, or a bad type. I believe that everyone has a job to do, and if you don’t have a job to do – if you’re not doing something – then you’re not contributing to society.
