King personality type is INTP, for what it's worth.
But I think he's got an easier time getting people to agree with him when the conversation is all about his ego, because when you're in conversation with him, he can't help but tell you in excruciating detail how great he is. He has no filter in conversation, and in person he talks for hours. He's also a perpetual optimist, which can be utterly infectious. If you're in conversation with him, all you have to do is say "Yes" once in a while, and he'll keep on talking. He can't help himself.
But in conversation with him? For the most part, he's an ass.
If you want to get through his head, you have to get through his ego. Once you've reached that point, he'll talk to you freely about anything.
So why am I telling you all of this? Well, I don't think it's that big a secret that I'm INTP.
Anyway, let's get into what was really going on for me when I was trying to work through my feelings on Trump.
