If you are in a relationship, your relationship will be healthy, but if you are not in a relationship, the information in this book will probably not apply to you.
I thought this was an awesome book!! I won't go into every detail of the exercises because I want you to read the book first, but I will tell you that it really works! I'm not shy, but I do have issues dealing with people.
