    History in the series

    He first appeared in the episode "The Cat That Liked To Sew", in which he was Jerry's housemate. He was the only one who was not afraid of Jerry. However, when Jerry saw that Tom wanted to play baseball, he got angry with him, but then he got scared of Jerry's baseball bat when it hit Tom's head. Then, he decided to get rid of him. Later, Tom was caught by Jerry who locked him in a closet. Tom broke out, but was hit by a baseball bat again. He became unconscious and started to feel sick, so he tried to make Jerry go away. When he went to get some medicine, he was chased by Jerry, but he found that he was sick himself. Then, he got better and they became friends again. They were seen together in almost all episodes of the series.
