What I'm trying to explain is that ISTJs are the most common bankers, and that they dominate the field.
So why ISTJ? Why do they dominate the field? One reason is that they're a logical type. They're usually good at logic and focus on details. In banking, there are a lot of details to focus on, which is why this is a good career choice for an ISTJ. Another reason why ISTJs dominate banking is that they're not only logical and detail-oriented, but they also tend to be very disciplined and organized.
