Belchero personality type is ESTJ, and this is the first time I've seen one since I started trying to classify people.
The other interesting thing about this type is that they seem to be more organized than the other ones I've seen. Also, there's a certain kind of moralistic quality to them.
A lot of ESTJs (and probably almost all of them) say that there's no such thing as "good" and "bad". They tend to see everything as "right" or "wrong" and try to enforce this view on those around them. This is not actually a very interesting thing to note, but it fits with what we've discussed before and with other information I've gathered.
The last thing I wanted to do was to take a look at their work ethics. This means to see how they treat other people and what kind of work they do. As we discussed already, we can take the "organization" thing into consideration here too.
I have no idea how to do this properly, so I'm just going to do it the way I would do it with any other personality type. I will use the personality test, my knowledge of the personality types, and my own observations.
