Erin Chua personality type is ESTJ, the Guardian. I can see why the Guardian is the best fit for this type. These people have a very strong sense of duty and they are very focused on doing their job in the best way possible. They tend to be very organized and they love to be in control of situations. They are also very practical and they look at the big picture as opposed to getting caught up with the little details.
I was surprised that the ESTJ’s best fit is not the Visionary. I had always thought that the Visionary would be an ESTJ’s best fit. I find myself so much more in tune with Visionaries than the ESTJ’s. The Visionary is a very imaginative type and they believe in letting their imagination run free. Also, their focus is usually on the future and what can be imagined rather than the present or past.
When I was reading about the ESTJ’s best fit, I realized that I am a lot more like the Guardian than I think I am. I am very much a person who focuses on the present as opposed to the future or the past.
