Clark said the ESTJ personality type is often very successful at business because they are very focused on goals. The ESTJ personality also has a highly developed sense of duty and responsibility, which is why they may be so successful in this field.
“It’s about taking an objective look at what’s possible and looking to the future,” Clark said. “They put the effort into making things happen. They do obsess about it. They can be very aggressive and can be very competitive.”
Clark said that while there are some similarities between Big Daddies and Big Sisters, there are also differences.
“They are more likely to be competitive,” Clark said.
