I was lucky enough to take a course with one of the founders of this site, John Gray, at the San Francisco Exploratorium called "The Personality Hacker" which taught me the basics of how the personality type system works. So that was another thing that got me interested in learning about personality types.
I needed to know who I was to know what I wanted to be. I also realized that I always felt like the other guy in the room, or like an outsider. And I was kind of shy and introverted.
I had so many questions about who I was and what I was doing. I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life. But I also felt like I wanted to be creative, but I was scared that that would be an "artsy" type of thing. I knew that I wanted to be an artist, but I wasn't sure what kind of artist. I thought maybe I could be an animator or something like that, but then I thought it would be too weird for me to do something like that. It was very confusing for me to figure out who I was and what I was doing.
