Jai Kell personality type is ISFP, i believe the dominant trait is the way in which they will tend to be creative in expressing themselves. They are not easily understood by others, so what is said is likely to be different from what was intended. ISFPs are often described as being quiet, reserved, and kind, but this doesn't describe what people are likely to get out of them. What people are likely to get out of an ISFP is someone who is creative, down-to-earth, authentic, loyal, and empathetic. These are just some of the things that people get out of them.
This all being said, I do not believe that this personality type is without its own issues. The way in which they are perceived by others can often times be misconstrued, or taken at face value. And the other issue is the other ISFP's. The way in which they can often times take on the other ISFP's roles to the point of the person being misunderstood. And the other ISFP's are often times misunderstood in their own lives.
For example, while two ISFP's may be best friends, they may end up fighting over who gets the role of the other.
