Tracy personality type is ESTJ, which, I think, is the most logical of the three. ESTJ is the “Administrator” personality type. They are the “fixers” of the world. They are the ones that are responsible for getting everything done. They are also known as “the Boss” or the “Leader” of the group. Because they are so fixated on getting things done, they tend to be overprotective of their loved ones. They are also very loyal and self-sacrificing, two very important traits of the ESTJ.
It’s important to note that ESTJ is not an impulsive type. They do not act on their feelings. They are not the typical ‘feeler’ who acts on impulse. ESTJs will act on their feelings if they think it is the best option for everyone involved. For example, if they see someone who is clearly in need of help, they will do what they can to help them out. ESTJs do not like to see others in need, and they will do whatever it takes to make sure that person is okay.
They also take criticism very well.
