Gino Weinberg personality type is ESFP, and while I do have a better understanding of ESFPs and their gifts and weaknesses, it still feels like that is not the whole story. I am an ESFP and I feel like I am a good one. I can certainly relate to her description of the ESFP “butterfly” personality type, and I remember reading somewhere that the ESFP is said to be an “emotional roller coaster”.
I believe this is where my problem lies. I know how to function as an ESFP, but I do not know how to function as a full-fledged ESFP. I have found a lot of balance in my life as an ESFP, but I also find that balance is not always enough. I am constantly struggling to find the right balance between my humanness, my emotions, and my rational and logical side. I am constantly trying to figure out what makes me tick, what my purpose and goals are, why I made certain decisions in life, and where my boundaries are. In essence, I am trying to figure out who I am and what type of person I want to be.
I have been trying to figure out who I am for most of my life.
