Podstolina personality type is ENTJ, although I don't believe that this is a well-studied personality type. But I did find an ENTJ forum on Reddit, and the ENTJ forum has a lot of good advice about the type.

ENTJs are just as likely to be diagnosed as psychopaths as they are to be diagnosed as social workers, computer programmers, or even lawyers. ENTJs are often very successful in their careers, but they aren't always successful with people. They feel like they have to keep everything together and are often surprised at how other people don't see everything the way they do (especially if they aren't an ENTJ themselves and haven't grown up with the ENTP mindset). They can also be very arrogant, because they think they're so much smarter than everyone else. They don't mean to be arrogant, but it comes out like that. ENTJs are usually very talented in their careers, but not necessarily with people in general (or at least not in any other area).
