I’m loud, energetic, and very good at taking things apart. I don’t like to be told what to do, so I will find my own way to do things. I’m very analytical and emotional, so I’m good at getting into other people’s heads. I might be called a “Type A” personality, but that’s just because I like to be productive.
What do you struggle with?
I struggle with being too rational. Sometimes, I can be too logical. I was always really good at math, so the rational side of me is pretty strong. But at work, I need to be more flexible. I need to be able to change my tactics to fit the situation.
What are your strengths?
My strengths are my analytical skills, my ability to take things apart, and my intuition.
What are your weaknesses?
My weakness is that I’m often too rigid about things. I can get very focused on a problem and then get blinded by it.
