Sideways personality type is INTP, which is in my opinion the best fit for me. I prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, or writing. I enjoy solitude when I can get it. On the other hand, I may be more involved in socializing with others than my partner is. This is not because my partner is antisocial, but because my personal preferences are different. When I am in a relationship, I feel more comfortable keeping my distance from others.
When I am feeling secure in my relationship, I am more likely to initiate more physical contact with my partner. However, if I am feeling threatened or insecure, I will withdraw.
I am often uncomfortable with physical touch even though I may want it. I prefer to be on my own when possible, not only because of my own preference for solitude, but also because of my Spontaneous nature.
I get bored easily, but am not very interested in spending time doing things that are not new or exciting.
Feeling comfortable with your partner's personal preferences is important. If you are not clear on your preferences, then you can miss out on some opportunities.
