Annie Long personality type is ESTJ, that's my type too. So I pretty much agree with everything you said. However, my theory is that the J is added to the end of the SJ because SJs generally tend to be more organized and more efficient than their ES siblings. So I think the extra J is to make the type sound more like "SJ" or "ESTJ".
Now, I think JJ types are more organized than J types, but still not organized enough to be JJ.
I think that the J type is an improvement on the SJ type. I think that SJs are less efficient than J types, but they are efficient enough to be SJs.
