Katytastic personality type is INTP, and it's not even close.
The INTP, I've found, has the most incredible potential for change. They are so quick to absorb new ideas and to be open to them. When I was younger I was given a personality test and it said I was an INTP. I thought that was crazy and decided to take it again, and sure enough, I was right.
Here is a typical conversation with an INTP:
INTP: So, what do you think we should do about that?
You: I don't know.
INTP: But if we do nothing, we will be left behind.
You: But what if we do nothing and we end up in the same place?
INTP: It's possible, but it's worth a try.
You: What if we try and fail?
INTP: Then we'll fail, but we can learn from that, too. That's part of being a team. Being a team means we have to share our failures with each other. Then we can learn from them and move forward.
You: I don't know.
