Der Schattenmacher personality type is INTJ, with a high Fi and low Se. They are very smart and good at self-analysis and can be dutiful and loyal, but they are also very private and reserved. INTJs are often excellent strategists and planners, though they often slip into a black hole of tactlessness, which makes them hard to know. They are very skilled at understanding their own internal motivations and the motivations of others, which makes them excellent counsellors and psychologists. They are very curious and love to learn new things, and will often become extremely knowledgeable about something as a way of gaining power over it. But they also have a tendancy to forget what they have learned if it doesn't fit with their preconceived notions of how the world works, which can make them very stubborn and opinionated. INTJs tend to be very brilliant, but often have a hard time communicating their ideas effectively. They can come across as very arrogant and condescending, especially towards those they perceive as less intelligent than themselves. They often think of themselves as leaders, though they are usually too introverted to make themselves heard in the real world.
