FPSs are very good leaders, but not necessarily always great followers. They are often inquisitive, often too curious, and tend to ask a lot of questions that are sometimes inappropriate.
FPSs are likely to have trouble with relationships, because they are too rational to understand emotions. They have a hard time connecting with people, because their thinking is so linear. FPSs may appear cold and distant because of this, but they are simply processing information in a very logical way.
