Don’t get me wrong. I think INTPs are awesome. I have a lot of respect for the way they think and the way they use their minds. But sometimes I just need a little helping hand when it comes to being an introverted leader.
For instance, I recently posted a blog post about how introverts don’t have to be afraid of being introverted leaders. And I thought that blog post was going to be a hit! But it wasn’t. People didn’t get it. They thought it was a bunch of bull.

Don’t get me wrong, I can be a good introvert leader when I want to be.
Mike Rugnetta is a composer, programmer and performer. He lives in Brooklyn and is one third of the live lecture based performance art trio MemeFactory. He writes and hosts the award winning PBS Digital Studios YouTube show Idea Channel and is the creator of Reasonably Sound, a podcast about sound and culture distributed by American Public Media. He is also a board member of Avant Media, an arts organization which produces collaborative new music and performance works in New York City. It is likely he has drank too much coffee today.
